Breaking Bread

Dancing Chihuahua worked with Breaking Bread on a comprehensive project that involved the research, consultation, and preparation of permits and application materials necessary for establishing mobile food facilities. The team conducted research and consultations with various government agencies, including the San Francisco and Santa Clara Health Departments and the Mountain View Planning Department, to ensure compliance with design standards and specifications. They also prepared application materials and assisted with physical notification postings as required by the San Francisco DPW.
